Welcome to the BDXC Iftar & Ham Gathering 2026 registration portal. By registering for and attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Registration

• Eligibility: The event is open to amateur radio operators, Short Wave Listeners (SWLs), and anyone interested in radio communications.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• One-Time Registration: Duplicate registrations for the same individual are not permitted.

2. Event Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, organizers, and venue staff. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Compliance: Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event organizers and venue staff.
• Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your personal belongings during the event.

3. Cancellation and Changes

• Event Changes: BDXC reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.
• Cancellation: If you have registered but can no longer attend, please inform the organizers as soon as possible so we can adjust catering arrangements.

4. Photography and Media

By attending the event, you grant BDXC permission to capture and use photographs and videos of you for promotional and archival purposes related to the club's activities.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDXC and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the event.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
